Our Vision
We are a conflict mediation firm for evangelical and pentecostal churches in Europe. Because of our focus, we are acutely aware of the situations that can occur in your church.
Our vision is to help churches navigate through conflict as safely as possible, and to make this service accessible for churches and church groups of any size, including yours.
All our mediators and coaches are spirit filled Christians. They have relevant work experience and are bound by confidentiality. In addition, our mediators are internationally certified.

Our Services
Mediation
Do you have problems with a person or a group in church and are you unable to find a solution together? In that case, the conflict can escalate. In all conflicts where you can take legal action, you can also choose for mediation. A mediator is an independent intermediary, offering professional support. With mediation, you’ll look together for a solution to the conflict.
Conflict Coaching
Instead of mediation you can also opt for conflict coaching. A coach guides you, and possibly your conflict partner, to gain insight in your own contribution towards the conflict in church. Coaching is done individually and creates space to look at the situation from a different point of view. Coaching can be valuable during a conflict, but also afterwards to prevent new ones.
Tailored Approach
When mediation or conflict coaching is not what you are looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us. There are many other ways in which we can help you navigate a conflict in church. From process facilitation and advice, to accompanying you to a one-off meeting, and everything in-between. We would love to hear your situation and see how we can assist.
Our Team
Jeroen Doorn
Jeroen holds a master’s degree in social sciences with a major in group dynamics and conflict handling, and a certification as a mediator and conflict coach. He worked for years as board adviser and manager at international corporations, and as board member of church organisations. Together with Alma, he ran a foundation for helping people deal with conflict in life.
Alma Doorn
Alma holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and a certification as a mediator and conflict coach. She worked for years as management assistent at international service companies, and as board member of foundations. Together with Jeroen, she served several churches as part of the staff or the pastor team, leading church departments during times of conflict.

In the free introductory meeting, we discuss your situation and the possibilities for mediation and coaching. Also, we explore who on our team would be the best fit to help you. Lastly, we discuss the service rate and any additional costs. When you decide to continue with us, we will send you a service agreement.
As long as we don’t have a mediator or coach available in your language, our first contact will be in English. If you wish, we can look together for an interpreter for the rest of the process.
